Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@ishqabaya.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will cover shipping on the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged or incorrect. Reach out at info@ishqabaya.com with your order number and clear photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delays due to customs. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Final Sale
All discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
